Products syncing to Tiktok issue / dead end

hi! Not sure if this resonates with anyone here but I’m having ALOT of issues syncing my products to Tiktok shop.

1st: in the shop management tab, i noticed that there’s a list of ~10 products that are not ‘active’ on tiktok. In the action column corresponding to those the map button is disabled. In fact, the map button in the action column is always disabled.

2nd: i have a banner message that says : You have uploaded products not mapped to Shopify on TikTok Shop. Map the products as soon as possible to prevent issues. with a Map now CTA. I click on the CTA, it shows me 2 products only that are already linked !! It doesn’t even show all the items that are not active on tiktok either.

Please help because I’m feeling stuck here…

I am having the same issue - but with hundreds of products - did you solve your issue?

No I wasn’t able to find a solution yet.

Hi, you can try third party connector app, datech shopsync, just link your shopify and tiktok shop and you can batch sync products with one click. Doesn’t need to be such a hassle.
