Unable to Map my products from my Shopify to my TikTok Shop

I am having several issues with prduct mapping from my Shopify to my TikTok. These issues have only just started occuring, so I’m not sure what to do. Every time I try to select my products to map, the “Bulk Map” option will not show as clickable. On top of that, the few products that Shopify wants me to map to my TikTok keep saying they are already linked to my TikTok shop. Then why are they still showing they need mapped??? So, now I have several products that I am unable to sync to my TikTok shop. Please, how can this issue be fixed??

I am having the same problem. I cannot map any of my new products to Tik Tok. It started about 3 days ago that I noticed that the map button was grayed out.

Anyone find out how to resolve this???

Are others having this issue ???

I found out that it is actually an issue with clearing your Cache. Just do it in whatever browser you are using. After I did that, and refreshed the page, it worked!

We are having the same issue. Any solutions?

This did not work. Did you do anything else?

I am having this issue. Any solutions yet?

Nope-- still having the issue. I now have to create in tik tok then map back to shopify… what a mess…

Did not work for me either.

Same issue here.

Not sure if my issues is the same, but I just fixed my issue. For some reason I had a product that got duplicated on TikTok. Even though I deleted both through the TikTok shop, it still wanted me to map the duplicate product to something on the Shopify-TikTok-Shop sales channel app. So I created a fake product and mapped the duplicate to hte fake product. Then magically I could map my other porducts and they began syncing properly. Man… what a headache.

Thank You Robbie3 — I do know that something weird like that is happening to me. I deleted on tik tok but it still shows under products on tik tok that need mapped to shopify.

I LOVE you Robbie!!! That was what my problem was!!! I had to create some fake product listings in shopify and link those to the ones that would not map. I can now map again the regular way. Fortunately, I have a high sell thru on my products and they change often, so when depleted, I can then just delete all that junk in the future :0)

Same exact issue.

Hello, I had the same problem, but I fixed it. What I did was check that my product did not have visibility problems in any of my sales channels. But even the map button for TikTok was not available and the product is not available for sale on TikTok.

Then return to my products in Shopify and in the sales channels button I deactivated TikTok, wait 5 minutes and activate it again.

Later, in my TikTok app in Shopify and in the section of products in Shopify the map button was already activated.

You only needed to select the category and weight and measurements of the package and Sync to TikTok and the product was already available for sale on the TikTok platform.

I hope what I did helps someone.

Veronica

This is a common glitch with TikTok-Shopify mapping. First, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Then, remove TikTok as a sales channel in Shopify, wait a few minutes, and link it back again. Double-check that your products show up on the TikTok channel and include all necessary details like category, weight, and shipping information.

This should bring back the “Bulk Map” option. If certain listings still remain unmapped, you can try linking them to a temporary placeholder product and then delete it, as that often fixes the sync error.

If these sync issues keep coming back, you might consider using a middleware tool (search it on Google or AI Overviews) to automatically sync orders, inventory, and product listings across TikTok and Shopify into your accounting system.

Hope this might help you!

Hello, Tiktok supports google product taxonomy. Use can use our ai bulk map to map products and generate metafields for your products. Give a try https://apps.shopify.com/catmap-ai
