Can anyone give me some advise as to what I should include in my portfolio or how much importance I should put on it? Im really trying to learn the site and how to do development on it so I can be a better shopify dev. Is it ok to constantly ask questions on these forums? Do you guys recommend any resources specifically to help accelerate my learning?

Search first, both here on the forums and google or stack exchange before making duplicates most everything for beginners has been asked and answered.
