When I go to login to my account and see my store the login page doesn’t work but the website link for a free trial works. I can’t access my because I can’t login. Again the page doesn’t even load. when I click on it it just opens a blank page and nothing happens.
Ensure your browser is up to date.
Try an Incognito window.
Try another browser (e.g. Safari). Log in to your Shopify mobile app and try opening your theme editor.

Just to gather some additional context, are you still experiencing this issue when attempting to login to your online store? If the login page is not loading successfully for you, I would suggest trying to clear the cache on your browser.
If the issue persists, you can attempt to login to your online store using a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.

Hi, I’ve the same problem as Jshoper. My login page is blank when I try to login.
I’ve cleared my cache, tried different browsers such as chrome and Edge.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! At the moment, we are not experiencing any issues with merchants successfully logging into their online store.
With that being said, would it be possible for you to attempt to login using a separate device? If you are receiving a blank page when you login to the online store, it may be due to the device or outdated browser.
