Prepare a launch plan
In this phase, you incorporate the feedback from the manufacturing phase to produce a Production Validation Test (PVT) build. You complete an out-of-box audit to validate that barcodes and provisioning are successful. You establish and review customer service operations. If applicable, you establish a go-to-market (GTM) plan. Your product becomes publicly for sale. You monitor and manage your devices with the ACK developer console.
