Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

We've had a great experience using the Globo Menu app on our Shopify store.

We recently needed to display a different navigation menu for our German Shopify Market and weren't sure of the best approach. The support team responded quickly and pointed us to the app's "Show on Market" feature, which was exactly what we needed. It was simply a case of selecting the relevant Shopify Market, and it worked perfectly across our storefront.

The app is intuitive, easy to configure and offers plenty of flexibility for stores using Shopify Markets. Support was friendly, responsive and quickly pointed us in the right direction.

I've been using Mega Menu by Globo for a year. It gives me much more flexiblity than my theme's menu and the one time I hit a wall with configuring the menu the support team was on top of it and had my menu looking perfect in a matter of minutes.

Great app, I have used it on several of my Shopify projects. It's easy to build and customise and there are so many design options. Helen from the support team has been really quick to respond and has resolved any issues I have had within minutes.

I've been really happy with the MegaMenu app. It's allowed me to layout my homepage the way I wanted it to look with very little oversight once it was running. Anytime I've run into an issue (rare) they are always so quick to fix it. Most recently I was going back and forth with Clara, and it is always mind-blowing to me how fast solutions are deployed. This company is great and definitely deserves the five stars!

We recently launched this app on our live site with its basic functionality, so it's still too early for us to fully evaluate long-term performance and results.

What we can evaluate so far is the support team. During setup, we reached out several times with questions, and the Globo team was consistently responsive, helpful, and thorough in addressing our concerns.

Today, I worked with Steven regarding an issue that appeared on our live site but was not present in the preview environment. He quickly identified and resolved one issue and is actively investigating a separate loading concern with his team. He has committed to following up with us as they continue their review.

Based on our experience so far, the support has been excellent. We'll plan to update this review after we've had more time to use the app and explore its additional features.

We had to make some changes to our web which we hadn't done for some time. We missed a step in using Globo and couldn't work out what we had done wrong. I went onto Globo's Chat and Helen saved us! She had us sorted in no time. Gave us very clear screen shots of what we needed to do from now on and had us up and running very quickly. Globo is very easy to use, on this occasion it was the user. Thank you Helen for your excellent service.

I have worked with many shopify apps over the years and Globo's apps has been one of the best experiences by far. Their apps is powerful, easy to use, highly customisable, and has helped us create exactly the navigation experience we were looking for.

What truly sets Globo apart is their customer support. Annie has been absolutely fantastic throughout. Every query was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Not only were issues resolved swiftly, but Annie went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly and tailored to our requirements.

It is rare to find a support team that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. No matter how complex the request, they were always willing to help and provide solutions promptly.

App is great and simple to use. We like that we can add menu items but keep them hidden until we are ready to launch that product. The support is very helpful and fast to reply. Steven was fantastic at helping us with a recent translation query. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent customer service and a very positive attitude — truly appreciated the help!

Everything was good when I started, but when I published, it said it only supported 2 mega menus. they didnt tell us on the Shopify App Store Plan description.
