Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Everything was good when I started, but when I published, it said it only supported 2 mega menus. they didnt tell us on the Shopify App Store Plan description.

It's taken me a day, but the learning curve was short. Once mastered I was able to set up a lengthy, well-organized and beautiful menu for my website. I'm truly very happy with the results!

Horrendous service. I contacted Sarah Nguyen about charges that were happening on our account, even though their had been incompatible with our store for many months. She said she'd take it up with the billing department and "get back to me ASAP".

TWO MONTHS later she responds, and says they will refund me for the two months (the two months they charged me for while she took the time to respond to me ASAP). They won't refund any other charges, even though their app was charging me.

I don't care for the money, but on a matter of principle, this tells you exactly what kind of people you are working with.

Simple to use, no complaints... Makes load a bit heavy but there are many other factors to consider so can't lay my hat squarely on that. Use it on many builds...

Customer support was great with the couple of customizations we needed done. Quick to reply with minimal back and forth. Our customers are loving the new navigation which has helped product discovery and increased sales.

This app has worked great for me and support was very helpful with adjusting the appearance for me. The theme I'm using for my store technically has "Mega Menus", but I was always disappointed with the appearance. I was able to use Globo to make my menu exactly as I had envisioned and I feel like it really elevates my website! Their support was very friendly and quick to help as well. I sent an email with multiple bulleted questions and they got back to me quickly answering everything and quickly made the updates I needed. I will definitely keep using this app!

This app works like a charm! Now my menu bar looks so professional. Totally worth it. It's very intuitive to use too. And, the customer support is sooo helpful. I was tended by Annie who helped round up the edges to my menu. And, I am so pleased with how it turned out! Highly recommended! Definitely 5 stars!
