Ryviu: Reviews & Loyalty App

I’ve been using this app for several years. It’s affordable, powerful, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve contacted support, my issues were resolved quickly and effectively.

Since i m new in dropshipping , this aplication about importing review and also star rating .... for me its highly recomended .... it makes my store looks clean and no headache when importing review from amazon, aliexpress and etc .... from the bottom of my heart i thank you for this aplication ..... and also the customer service or owner who answer my questions with chat also very friendly and helpfull with the newbie like me ... thanks

The program is very easy to use and does everything I need it to do. The pricing is very reasonable and I will upgrade my subscription when the time comes. Also, a big shout out to everyone, the customer support is great and always helps me with a lot of issues, responds quickly and resolves them right away. Mai is very professional and it is a pleasure to have her on my side.

And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.

Termination of Service – Switching to Judge.me

We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue using the Ryviu app for our product reviews and review feeds. Unfortunately, our experience with your support has been disappointing, and we’ve faced multiple issues without timely or effective resolution.

Additionally, we find your XML file plan to be unreasonably priced, especially when compared to alternative platforms. Judge.me offers a far more affordable and user-friendly solution, which better aligns with our business needs and expectations.

Thank you for your past service, but we are moving forward with Judge.me.

Support is top-tier. The only feature the app is missing is being able to integrate with Klaviyo to send the review requests, or some kind of direct link to review a product.

Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

The masonry style review widget is perfect for my website. Amazon review import was a gamechanger. Dan and Elle were great. Promptly attended to all my queries. Highly Recommended.
