Ryviu: Reviews & Loyalty App

This app needs a lot of work as does their customer support! It says they have 24/7 support--they don't at all. have to wait hours for a response. You also have to repeat the issue over and over andthey give a solution that doesn't work. They are not thorough in trouble shooting. I was trying to upload a csv of saved reviews and every word that had an apostrophe in it, had an error code displayed where the apostrophe should have been. They kept saying to do this and that to fix it and no solution worked. Also my reviews are not listed on the actual pages on my shop--just when you click on the product listing do you see the review. Obviously, they should automatically have it programmed to see it in both places.

The app is easy to use, and the Customer Service is great, I just want to know when I can edit reviews on the app directly, which may save me a lot of time~

One of the best affordable review apps for Shopify.

I have everything I need from this review app, and it doesn't cost much. The customer support is always there to help, which is great. I used to use a different app called Stamped, but I switched to Ryviu, and I highly recommend it.

Easy to use only thing I would like to see as an Amazon seller would be some kind of bulk review importer but other then that great app.

Also if you need help setting things up the support team are more then willing to help install the code/help you figure it out.

Fantastic and quick customer service

I'm still learning this app. It looks simple but still complex to understand.
