I think you can do that easily and even more attractive with the Ultrasell. To be honest, this app is even more advanced and better than any other apps. It’s even free.

Not sure about that exact app but you can try out HypeCart for a similar experience - it’s great for upsells and cross sells both in the cart and after the checkout.
