What I love about this app is that whatever problem, issue or question I have is immediately answered or resolved. The techs are fantastic! I just had a wonderful experience with Eleanor, who was so very helpful, caring and encouraging. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and am sure I won’t.

So far, this seems to be a great app. I've only had a short period of time to work with it, but I did work with Erwin, my Customer Success Specialist, and he has been very helpful and accessible. I hope to work further with Spocket soon to get my store stocked.

Spocket’s product selection for the Australian market is limited, which didn’t align with my business needs. The no-refund policy adds to the frustration when the service doesn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the value I was hoping for.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Sprocket! The product I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition, exactly as described. The website is easy to navigate, and customer service was quick to respond to my questions. I’m impressed by the variety of products they offer and will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend this store for quality items and great service!

I was helped by Rohini to help with the issue of a supplier not shipping out a product quickly.
Rohini was great with follow up and prompt responses to my questions. I was very please with the chat help which was very speedy as well.
I enjoy using spocket and the platform is clean and easy to navigate.

Steer Clear – This App is a Total Scam

This app is nothing but a money trap. First, the membership system is deliberately confusing and nearly impossible to cancel. Even after uninstalling, you’ll keep getting charged—so don’t expect an easy way out once they have your payment info.

Second, the suppliers are terrible. Prices are outrageously inflated, and many products falsely claim to ship from the U.S. when in reality they’re shipped from China. Some suppliers take up to 8 days just to process orders before even shipping them—completely unacceptable for a dropshipping business where speed is everything.

On top of that, the customer support is abysmal—slow to respond, unhelpful, and incapable of resolving problems. When you’re running a business, you can’t afford this kind of incompetence.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do NOT use this app for your dropshipping business. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Regarding subscriptions, uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active plan, but once a subscription is properly canceled, further charges should not occur. If that did not happen in your case, we’d like to review it immediately and ensure everything is corrected.

As for suppliers and shipping, Spocket works with a global network of vendors, including U.S., EU, and international suppliers. Processing and shipping times can vary by supplier and are displayed on product listings, but we understand how important speed and transparency are for running a successful dropshipping business.

We’re also sorry to hear that your support experience didn’t meet expectations. This feedback is taken seriously, and we’re continuously working to improve response times and issue resolution.

Overall this app is really easy to use. I love that there are a lot of products from the US, which cuts down on long shipping time. Lot of great products to choose from!

But it does tend to freeze up a lot. Once I connect my sprocket to my shopify store, it sent me to another page, instead of letting me import the items I'd already selected. I had to start all over

In the meantime, if you're running into freezes often, you might want to try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser to see if that helps. Sometimes, this can improve the performance of the app.

So far my experience with this app has been good. Excellent customer service and lots of great products. I have had a few issues with orders, but the customer service has been quick to help out and get things sorted (thank you Rohini!). I do wish that there were more European suppliers as it can be challenging to find good products with reasonable shipping rates to Europe.

Rest assured though that we regularly add suppliers on the platform so be sure to keep an eye out for more European selections soon!
