I love how easy the product import is. You can easily change the name of items, add SEO, and add the product to its corresponding collection.

Spocket has been the best help in launching my store. The platform is easy to use, the product selection is great, and the customer support team is quick and professional. Most of my sales have been from Spocket suppliers. The selection is large and they always add new vendors. They carry many trendy and popular items.
I have had excellent customer service from their team, especially Eleanor.

The products on this app are fabulous. There are various suppliers, making it easier to gain access to a variety. The customer service of Sprocket is also great and they answer questions promptly. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. This app is a game-changer for my business.

Do not install this app. Even when you sign up for the free version, they will start charging you for a paid version and WILL NOT STOP!! I have been trying for a month to get them to acknowledge that I do not owe them and they keep harassing me.

Do yourself a favor and use a different app.

After the response from the company, I have to add this to my review.

Over the last 2 days I have been called over 10 times by this company. Several of those calls were made before 7:00 in the morning. None of these times did the company leave a message. This type of harassment is exactly why I left the original review. The company can say whatever it wants to about its customer service, but I have experienced the "service" first hand.

My original review stands. Do NOT install this app. If you do, you will regret it.

I have found that Spocket suppliers have contributed significantly to my sales, thanks to their extensive collection of trendy and popular items, as well as their consistent addition of new vendors. The customer service team, particularly Eleanor, has provided me with exceptional support throughout my experience with their services.Most of my sales have been from Spocket suppliers. Customer Service Department
The overall design looks good and the products are decent, but the user interface needs significant improvement. Somehow, we've ended up with multiple accounts without intentionally signing up, which is confusing. The live chat feature is nearly impossible to use, I still haven’t managed to get it working. I'm experiencing serious difficulty just trying to initiate a conversation. There appears to be no real customer service presence here.

I'm relatively new using Spocket but I must say, their platform is fantastic for finding high-quality products for my store. Recently, I encountered a small anomaly with onboarding, causing some delays. I reached out to their customer service team, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they jumped into action.

The team was not only professional and courteous but also highly efficient in correcting the issue. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I had all the details I needed. Within a short time, everything was resolved, and I was able to proceed with no further delays.
