Honestly? I'm not satisfied AT ALL for several reasons.
1) Products are overprice
2) Search engine is broken, if you're gonna look up for an item most likely you will never find of what you're looking for.
3) Monthly subscription is too high comparing other drop shipping apps.
4) You have to be lucky to find a good quality product.
5) A lot of suppliers are using similar products.
6) They don't have vast amount of product collections. Spocket needs to upgrade their platform like literally.
Don't take my words for it, give it a try, you will have a free trial to use first. Good-luck everyone.

I subscribed to the Spocket Standard Plan, which was clearly listed at $59, but my account has now been charged $200. This is misleading and feels like a scam. On top of that, their so-called “non-refundable policy” is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be tricked into paying more than the advertised price, and then be denied a refund. Spocket’s practices appear deceptive and unethical.

I like that there are vendors who sell products that are eco-friendly. I try to stick with those vendors and they have beautiful items that are affordable and sustainable.

I am really Pissed off I was billed when I should not have been billed, I should have been billed the 25 of Sept because of a technical difficulty on your end. Now another problem.....I signed up for PRO which means I am allowed to upload 250 products to my store. I have up loaded 59 products and now you are telling me I have to upgrade to add more.

As for your product uploads, it sounds like there may have been a technical issue with your PRO plan. You should absolutely be able to upload up to 250 products. We’d like to look into why your current limit is being restricted and get this fixed so you can continue adding your products without any extra charges.
