Spocket is a solid dropshipping platform, especially for sourcing from US and European suppliers. Its clean interface and seamless Shopify integration make importing products easy. Fast shipping is a major advantage over platforms sourcing from China. I had an excellent experience with Eleonor from tech support—proactive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company 0 out of 5, I absolutely would.
It’s now been over four weeks since Spocket promised to issue a full refund for an unauthorized $314.99 USD charge, and we’re still waiting. Despite more than 10 emails back and forth, all we get are vague replies like “we’re still coordinating internally” or “may we schedule a quick call?” even though we’ve made it clear multiple times that we prefer to keep everything in writing for accountability.
The constant requests for phone calls and the lack of concrete action make it feel like they’re simply trying to delay the process. For a small business like ours, this kind of unapproved billing and prolonged refund runaround is completely unacceptable.

While uninstalling an app on Shopify does not automatically cancel the associated subscription with all apps (including Spocket), we recognize that this may not have been clear, and we’re actively working to improve how this information is communicated during the signup and trial period.

I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues.
Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members.
They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products.
Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all.
Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.

Spocket founder & Ceo, Saba, John, Customer Support Specialist, Eleanor, and many others, i have sent you all emails saying to cancel my subscription back in June 2025 yet you have refused to adhere to my request. I asked for the cancellation to be done on a website that is no longer available. Cancel this subscription.
I received 7 orders from your supplier that was never delivered to my customers. Yet the supplier remained on your platform despite my request to see if they would deliver. Please please cancel the subscriptions. Can or will honor a person request. I already did all steps to cancel this subscription. I do not know how you continue to take funds from my bank account. rating Zero.

Spocket is absolutely unreliable and completely unprofessional. They have no real inventory tracking at all. I ran ads, spent thousands of dollars, and when orders finally started coming in, they canceled everything, claiming the product was “out of stock.”
Here’s the kicker — it showed high stock the entire time. No warnings, no updates, nothing. Just empty promises and lost money. Their system clearly doesn’t sync or update supplier inventory in real time.
If you value your business and your customers, do NOT rely on Spocket. They’ll leave you hanging when it matters most. A total waste of time, money, and trust.

I tried spocket in the past but when I closed my store I deactivated. I have a new store and use other drop shipping company, and they didn't do a good job with shopping .I trust spocket that my customers will get their packages .Plus they have good quality of clothes on like other drop shippers.

Customer service I would rate 10 stars, but product selection I would give a 4. Products are not always easy to find. I follow a lot of the viral trends on socials and I can't always find the products right away.

I'd recommend spocket because it's a great way to research products for your store, provides feedback on each product. It also provides a way to order samples and of each product so you are able to try them before selling them.
